The best bananas and chocolate ice cream, without ice cream !

I recently learned that you can get the same texture as vanilla ice cream without actual ice or cream. The recipe is extremely easy to make, it really takes only 5 minutes.

Ingredients:

2 almost too ripe bananas
1 teaspoon of organic pure vanilla
1/2 tablespoon of agave nectar
2 tablespoon of dark chocolate chips

Recipe

1- Freeze the bananas overnight
2- When ready to use let slightly defreeze on your counter for 10 minutes.
3- Remove the skin and cut the bananas in 2 inch coins.
4- Put the bananas, vanilla, agave nectar and chocolate chips in a food processor and pulse for 1 to 2 minutes until creamy.
